NEC Avio's Thermography Products Detect Fevers Early

NEC Avio Infrared Technologies Co., Ltd. has released two infrared thermography products for early detection of individuals with fever. These products are the TVS-200IS and the TVS-500IS body surface temperature screening systems.Both models measure an individual or object's surface temperature without making contact with the subject. The models each use an object's temperature distribution to produce representative video images (thermal images). The products can be used, for example, at airport and harbor quarantine stations, hospitals, public facilities, and corporate front desks for early detection of individuals carrying fever.
