An online application system for evaluating the structural performance of buildings is developed for both engineers and ordinary people free of charge. The system is composed of parts i.e. seismic risk analysis, strong wind risk and evaluation of environmental impact. The seismic risk of a target building is evaluated by the hazard curve of site and the fragility curve of building. Similarly, the strong wind risk is evaluated by strong wind hazard curve and fragility curve based on investigations of past typhoon damages. Also, the evaluation of carbon dioxide emission as environmental impact due to the initial construction, the replacement construction and the expected emissions cause by repair/replacement construction due to earthquake damages of the building during reference period.
