The oil you use when fabricating parts needs to be completely removed to properly coat or paint those parts. With the outlawing of CFCs and elimination of vapor phase degreasing, however, finishers have faced a "Catch 22." Mechanical methods for removing oil from the cleaner tanks, once it has been displaced from the parts, have until now been slow and inefficient and often have compromised the surfactant composition of your cleaner, a critical cleaning component.
