The effect of stilbestrol implants upon the growth and fattening of romney wether lambs

The implantation of 20 mg. of stilbestrol in Romney wether lambs at docking age had only a transient effect on growth rate and no effect on liveweight at killing age. The treatment caused a slight reduction in the amp;#x201C;finishamp;#x201C; of lambs.
