摘要

Selected forage and soil conservation grasses and legumes wereevaluated in the greenhouse for their abilities to stimulatedissipation of PCB, TNT, and pyrene in a soil. The grasses testedwere tall fescue(Festuca arundinacea Scherb), reedcanarygrass(Phalaris arundinaces L.)switchgrass(Panicum VariegatumL.), and deertongue(Panicum clandestinum L.).The legumes wereAlfalfa(Medicago sativa L.), crownvetch(Coronilla varia L.),sericealespedeza (Lespedeza cuneata Dum-Cours.), and flatpea(Wagnerpea)(Lathyrus sylvestris L).
