摘要

abstract_textpA copper catalyzed cross-dehydrogenative coupling reaction between N-arylglycine ester derivatives and 3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene or N,N-dimethylaniline was developed under very mild conditions. This efficient and environmentally benign approach works devoid of additives or external oxidant and delivered various non-natural-alpha-amino acid derivatives 3 or 5 in moderate to good yields under aerobic condition. High paraselectivity was observed with N, N-dialkylaniline functionalizations./p/abstract_text
