This year marked the 30th anniversary of Sony Corp.'s entry into the Chinese broadcasting equipment market. Taking advantage of the trust earned after working so long with Chinese broadcasters, Sony used the Beijing International Radio, TV Film Equipment Exhibition (BIRTV 2008) to showcase products under the HDNA theme. These products were shown in categories called Beyond HD, Networked HD and Affordable HD. The company is calling attention to products and systems that meet a wide range of China's needs as China's broadcasting equipment market continues to grow.
