Scleral buckling with a noncontact wide-angle viewing system in the management of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

Purpose: To introduce a modified scleral buckling surgery using noncontact wide-angle viewing system and intraocular illumination in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) without proliferative retinopathy.
