Abstractcolon;The authors documented, with serial fundus photographs, the gradual, spontaneous disappearance of white retinal changes after epiretinal macular membrane dissection in three cases. These cases illustrate the continued evolution of the fundus appearance weeks to months after removal of epiretinal membranes.
