China’s state refiners lift run rates

Singapore —China’s state-owned refiners Sinopec, PetroChina and China National Offshore Oil Corporation plan to lift run rates to an average of 80 of nameplate capacity in June from 75 in May, according to a monthly survey by SP Global Platts. Run rates are likely to remain slightly above 80 in July, when more refineries return to normal operations after the seasonal maintenance peak.
