A steel coating company that failed to manage the risks from Legionella bacteria in two cooling towers over five years has been fined ?75,000. Newport Crown Court was told that the HSE visited Coilcolor in Newport, Gwent, in February last year and found it had been operating the two towers without controlling the proliferation of bacteria since 2009.
