A single axial mode YAG: Nd laser with electronic linewidth narrowing

摘要

Single axial mode operation of a YAG: Nd laser based on an unstable resonator with an additional branch and electronic control of the Q-switching has been realized and investigated. The use of the additional branch with a selecting etalon makes it possible to save the output characteristics of the laser with the unstable resonator when going to single axial mode operation.
