SummarySpecimens of four non‐precious dental casting alloys intended for use in the ceramicmetal technique were implanted subcutaneously in the neck region of mice. The animals were killed after 5 months. Organs and tissues were tested as regards the concentration of nickel by means of atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
