I often hear other contractors, salespeople who call on me, or consultants who do remediation work complaining about "government regulations." In fact, just about everyone who is a member of the ground water industry has probably had a few words to say on the topic of what "they" are doing to "us" involving this topic. You might have commented that OSHA or the Department of Transportation is too harsh in its policies, or Superfund hasn't been reauthorized, or Water 2000 is taking the wrong approach to water system funding, or perhaps the state in which you live and work has too few or too many well construction regulations.
