OFDM transmission characteristics in multipath environment where the delay spreading exceeds the guard interval analyzed based on the ETP model (II)

摘要

Even in the case of OFDM, occurrence of errors due to inter-symbol interference is inevitable in multipath environment where the delay spreading exceeds the guard interval. In our previous paper, by extending the equivalent transmission-path (ETP) model, we have developed a very simple method for evaluating BER characteristics in the fixed multipath condition. In this paper, we will develop a theoretical model for statistical estimate of BER characteristics.
