Realization of Sharp Cut-off UHF and Microwave Frequency Active Filters

摘要

A new type of circuit element, designated as the compound-connection transistor circuit, which is capable of simulating loss-free high inductance values is described. This element enables the realisation of the UHF and microwave frequency active filters with low pass-band attenuation, high stop-band attenuation and steep skirt response.
