Herstellung von Sepharosederivaten zur Affinitätschromatographie von Enzymen desmyo-Inositphosphatstoffwechsels

In order to obtain an affinity gel for the affinity chromatography of enzymes acting on phosphorylated derivatives ofmyo-inositols, aminohexylsepharose was coupled withmyo-inositol 2-phosphate with the help of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. In the product the concentration of ligand is 15 mmole/l. The method seems to have wider applicability; phytic acid could be coupled with aminohexylsepharose under similar conditions.
