Study on protecting materials (BaO) for ac plasma displays

摘要

As a part of research and development for new protecting materials in place of MgO ion-induced secondary electron emission characteristics were measured for barium oxide (BaO), strontium oxide (SrO), and their compounds. The measured results showed that the value of γ{sub}i of them are about 0.15 to 0.20.
