摘要

It is shown that the phase composition of the composite coating based on oxide compounds of molybdenum and iron-group metals is constituted by oxygen compounds of molybdenum and complex oxides of cobalt, nickel, and iron. The relationship between the results of an X-ray phase analysis (XPA), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and EPR spectroscopy is confirmed.
