The final version of the cimar Rules was published on 1 February. They are the meat and veg diet for those in modern arbitration. So, if you are about to begin an arbitration or are an arbitrator, or want to keep up to date, tune in. They apply to England, Wales and Northern Ireland - if your contract says so.
