Shadows and doubt

I Have been talking to solicitor Lindy Patterson at the Edinburgh office of Dundas Wilson. She spoke to me about the recent adjudication case of Costain vs Strathclyde Builders, and it contains real gems of guidance for adjudicators about fair play.
