A NEW SPECIES OF THE SUBGENUS PAPIRIOIDES FROM CHINA (COLLEMBOLA: DICYRTOMIDAE)

摘要

A new species of the subgenus Ptenothrix (Papinoides) is described from Anhui Province, China. It shares many characters with the Hawaiian species serrata Snider and is most similar to the Asian species aequituberculata Stach from North Vietnam exceptits variable facial setal patterns, larger setae on anterior dorsum of great abdomen and constant setal pattern of ventral dens.
