It may not be a looker, but the business-oriented Toshiba Satellite Pro A200-EZ2204X delivers features and performance appropriate for its budget price. The notebook's 6-pound, bluish-black case is bland-looking, and its plastic body feels cheap. Plus, that low-rent feel carries over to the clicky mouse buttons below the touch pad. The A200's 15.4-inch, 1,280x800-resolution display will disap-point high-res fans, but onscreen images are bright and vivid. Unlike other business portables, however, the screen is glossy (not matte), which makes it prone to glare and reflections in typical office-lighting conditions. Also, the panel's optimal viewing angle is rather limited, and we noticed that DVD movies were on the dark side.
