A study of the growth and development of Jersey cattle

摘要

A new technique for use in studies involving carcass dissection is described and illustrated. The advantages of using this technique, particularly for cattle carcasses, are discussed. This preliminary paper is the first of a series detailing the results of a growth and development study of cattle.
