Visualization of the Cerebral Ventricular System in an Adult with99mTc-DTPA

Visualization of,the cerebral ventricular system following the administration of99mTc-DTPA was demonstrated in a patient with postlaminectomy meningitis. This finding, although previously reported for technetium pertechnetate, has not been identified using this radiopharmaceutical. The mechanism of localization of the chelate is not known.
