Low-Computation Partially Blind Signatures for Electronic Cash

In a secure partially blind signature scheme, the signer assuresthat the blind signatures issued by him contains the information hedesires. The techniques make it possible to min- imize the unlimitedgrowth of the bank's database which storing all spent electronic cashn an anonymous electronic cash system. In this paper we propose anefficient partially blind signature scheme for electronic cash. Inour scheme, only several modular additions and modularmultiplications are required for a signa- ture requester to obtainand verify a signature.
