Roomhyphen;temperature electroabsorption and switching in a GaAs/AlGaAs superlattice

摘要

We report roomhyphen;temperature observation of Wannierndash;Stark localization in a GaAs/AlGaAs superlattice. We show that large modulation can be obtained over a wide spectral range and demonstrate the operation of a selfhyphen;electrohyphen;optic effect device.
