Abstract:Four neonates had solitary, congenital, rapidly growing, spontaneously ulcerating tumors of the face, trunk, and extremities. No extracutaneous involvement was found, and all lesions spontaneously involuted. Mononuclear cells of the cutaneous infiltrate were Langerhans'cells.
