DKSH ACQUIRES SWISS CHEMICALS DISTRIBUTOR

DKSH has acquired Swiss specialty chemicals distributor Staerkle Nagler for an undisclosed sum, a move which DKSH said will strengthen the European operations of its Business Unit Performance Materials. The acquisition of the Swiss company and its team of distribution specialists will give DKSH access to new clients and several hundred customers in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
