CNOOC delays Huizhou expansion start-up

CNOOC looks likely to delay the start-up of the 200,000 b/d expansion to its flagship Huizhou refinery in south China's Guangdong province until after June. The delay will reduce Chinese crude requirements this year as well as the amount of refined products that Huizhou, which now has a capacity of 240,000 b/d, sells to the seaborne market.
