Using several video sensors to reduce the error of systems for monitoring the geometrical parameters of objects

This paper discusses the possibility of using several video sensors in systems for monitoring the geometrical parameters of objects when the number of pixels or the response rate of a single sensor cannot provide the required response of the system. A calibration technique is proposed, and an example of a calculation of the error of such systems is also presented. (C) 2007 Optical Society of America.
