Equivalent Circuits of Semiconductor Triodes

Equivalent circuits of bipolar transistors are generated, starting from the physical principles underlying the operation of the junction transistor. The commonly used tee and hybrid pi equivalent circuits are interrelated. An equivalent circuit that is common to both vacuum triodes and unipolar transistors is proposed.
