Q. What in your background prepared you for your current role? I graduated from the Technical University of Denmark in 2016 with a master's degree in engineering management and went to work as a global network and cost control junior manager at Falck Global Assistance in Copenhagen. One particular project that I worked on for Kaupfelag Skagfireinga (KS) took me on a deep dive into the cost and production analyses of skyr manufacturing. Then I was an economic development project manager in Iceland. From there I went over to Isey Skyr Bar, which is also owned (partly) by KS.
