摘要

The construction and operation of the water conservancy facilities have changed the natural hydrological regime and have negative influence on the river ecosystem. Based on the analysis of the influence of river hydrological regime on river ecosystem, a calculation model of ecological water demand based on hydrological regime was presented. By setting river ecological restoration as the goal, and accounting for ecological water demand and economic and social water consumption, a regulation model of ecological water demand based on hydrological regime was constructed. Multi-scheme simulation technique was adopted to simulate the ecological water requirement under different control modes, which provides the support for the ecological water demand of the sluice-controlled river. Results show that the sluice regulation with "biggest flow pattern target" which thinking of ecological water requirement can effectively improve highly-affected hydrological indicators, then the "water allocation goal highest" which considering of priority of social and economic water use, has a good support to the healthy development of river ecosystem. This research provides support for the ecological water demand regulation, which is of great significance to the scientific management of water resources, the restoration of water ecosystem, the health protection of rivers and the construction of water ecological civilization.
