PJM Interconnection submitted on Dec. 23 two filings with federalregulators relating to updates to the Locational Deliverability Areareliability requirement in PJM’s tariff intended to address an issuethat has delayed the release of its capacity auction results.PJM submitted proposed revisions to update the tariffprovisions under Sections 205 and 206 of the Federal PowerAct to “allow the reliability requirement to be modified based onactual participation of Planned Generation Capacity Resources”in the capacity auctions, according to a PJM email.
