EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT AIR POLLUTIONENVIRONMENTS ON ADOLESCENTSCARDIORESPIRATORY ENDURANCE

The rapid rise of the industrial age has made air pollution a key factor affecting public health at this stage. The continuous stimulation of the cardiovas- cular and respiratory tract by particulate matter from the air will eventually lead to cardiovascular and res- piratory diseases. Since air pollution is the key factor among the many factors affecting the cardiorespira- tory tolerance of adolescents, this article investigates the cardiopulmonary function and limb exercises of the adolescents under different air pollution levels in Changchun City. Places with different air pollution levels in the atmospheric condition index reports is- sued by the relevant departments of Changchun Cityare selected. The areas with low pollution indexes are Shuangyang District and Erdao District, and the areas with high air pollution indexes are Chaoyang District and Nanguan District. We use progressiveaerobic long-distance jogging to detect the maxi- mum oxygen intake, use a pulmonary function tester to detect pulmonary ventilation, and use a compara-tive research method to comprehensively analyze the differences in the impact of air pollution on the car- diopulmonary function of adolescents. The results shows that the vital capacity of men in high pollution index areas is higher than that of men in low pollu- tion index areas. The average FEV of 1.0 for males and female adolescents in areas with heavier air pol- lution shows a downward trend with age. Men de-creased from 91.90 to 90.60 and women decreased from 90.57 to 89.38, indicating that there are differ- ences in FEV1.0 index between men and women in different air pollution areas.
