摘要

Halloysite is a kind of clay mineral material with a unique tubular structure. In this work, halloysite/cerium catalytic materials (Ce/HNT-g-PAA) was prepared by ultraviolet light grafting and ion exchange technology. Ce/HNT-g-PAA was used to remove cyclohexane carboxylic acid (CCA) pollutants from wastewater. SEM, TEM, XRF, XRD, FT-IR and XPS detection methods were applied to characterize the structure of samples. The Ce/HNT-g-PAA showed excellent CCA degradation performance that decolorization ratio was nearly 99.5 after 120 min. The results suggested that halloysite provided stability, meanwhile, Ce3+ and hydroxyl radical played important roles during the CCA degradation process.
