Pemex foresees less crude output, refning

State-owned Pemex’s 2023-2027 business plan designed by President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador’s administration cuts crude production goals and expected refnery throughput set in previous plans. In the document published in mid-December, Pemex presents diferent scenarios, but in its baseline scenario the company expects that there will be no production from the 340,000 b/d Olmeca refnery in Dos Bocas, Tabasco in 2023, despite Lopez Obrador’s pledge to do so.
