ERCOT North Hub day-ahead on-peak decreased by about$1.50 to price nearly $41.75/MWh on June 28 for June 29 deliveryon the Intercontinental Exchange, continuing the downward trendfor the third day in a row.Prices at Houston Ship Channel dropped by about 13 centsfrom the June 28 Platts price to $2.50/MMBtu and Katy Hubprices slumped about 12 cents to nearly $2.50/MMBtu on ICEfor next-day flows. The balance-of-the-week on-peak June 30price declined $1 to $60/MWh with the National Weather Service,showing a decrease in temperatures across Texas. However,ERCOT’s Operating Condition Notice for extreme hot weatherremained in effect until June 30.
