A recent project of mine has been 3D printing a few cases for my parallels. The blow molded cases that came with the sets are terrible, take up a lot of room in the toolbox, and I'm not a fan of covers on my tools that live in drawers. Plus, the parallels were a sloppy fit in the original cases. I have one set of 1/8" thick by 6" long parallels, one set of 1/8" by 5", and one set of thin parallels measuring 1/32" by 6". The 5" parallels were cut from a standard 6" set and were made to fit my Tormach 5" vise. So, I set out to design and print three different cases.
