California Independent System Operator capture prices for Aug. 21renewable generation continued to slide, as peakload demand acrossthe ISO fell to its lowest level so far this month.NP15 wind saw the most significant decline, of about $9, butremained at a premium to wind and solar at other hubs.Aug. 21 CAISO peakload was heard to fall 5 on the day to 36.16GW, and baseload prices for Aug. 21 delivery were the lowest since lateJuly, as NP15 priced in the lower $80s/MWh, while SP15 and ZP26 bothsettled in the upper $70s/MWh.
