摘要

A filed experiment was carried out during rabi season of 2016-17 and 2017-18 at Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramadaya Vishwavidyalaya, Chitrakoot, Satna (M.P.) to study the effect of row ratio and nutrient management practices on yield and economics of chickpea and mustard under intercropping system. The grain yield of chickpea under intercropping system (1500 and 1686 kg/ ha) was significantly higher in 6:1 row ratio however, straw yield of chickpea was markedly superior (2696 and 2750 kg/ha) in 6:1 row ratio during two years. While, seed yield (625 and 668 kg/ha) and stover yield (2218 and 2444 kg/ha) of mustard were conspicuously higher under chickpea + mustard (4:1) system. Addition of FYM 10 t/ha + 75 RDF to main crop produced higher grain yield of chickpea while, straw yield was found more in 125 RDF to main crop. Seed and straw yield of intercrop mustard was obtained markedly higher in 100 N equivalent to main crop from organic manure. Seed and straw yield of pure and intercrop chickpea was statistically at par, but intercrop chickpea was decreased grain yield to the tune of 180 and 111 kg/ha, respectively over sole chickpea during two respective years. Harvest index of chickpea under inter cropping system was significantly improved under 6:1 row ratio in 2017-18 however, it was markedly higher in same treatment during 2016-17. Harvest index of mustard was also found conspicuously greater in chickpea + mustard (6:1) system. In nutrient management treatment highest harvest index of chickpea (38.83 at 38.00) and mustard (24.38 and 24.83) was recorded in FYM@10 t/ha + 75RDF to main crop during two years. The highest gross returns (? 93386/ha), net return (? 60414 /ha) and benefit: cost ratio (1.94) was recorded in chickpea + mustard (6:1) system. In nutrient management, addition of FYM @ 10 t/ ha +75 RDF to main crop estimated highest gross returns(? 95654/ha). While, net returns (? 64806/ha) and benefit: cost ratio (2.46) were found markedly greater in 100 RDF to main crop.
