Sail Energy acquires Conn. fuel oil distributor

Fast-growing Sail Energy LLC of Portsmouth, N.H.,has made another acquisition in the winter fuels space,purchasing the full-service propane and heating oil deliverybusiness of Klebe Fuel Co. on March 1.The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.Klebe Fuel was started in 1989 and has offices inWinsted, Conn. Founded by Matt Klebe, the companypurchased Goshen Oil Co. Inc. in 2018 and marketsextensively in northwest Connecticut communities.
