Fifty-eight registrants attended the Dairy Factory Engineering Science Technology Short Course, held in Melbourne in September.The three-day course, which was first held in 2018, is part of the DIAA's technical education, the Dairy Science World Series (DSWS) courses.DIAA Business Development Manager Janos Kaldy, who co-ordinated and led the course, said, "We have a lot of practical information in the course, so it's quite intense over the three days. By the end, the attendees have certainly learnt a lot. The interaction was really good and once again this year we had great speakers who received lots of questions. Attendees are awarded a certificate upon completion, as acknowledgement of the depth of their learning."
