摘要

In order to rationally layout the strategic plan-ning of urban natural gas development in different regions, the spatial and temporal differentiation of urban natural gas consumption and the spatial heter-ogeneity driving the consumption differentiation at different scales were analyzed by using spatial auto-correlation and geographic detectors in 287 prefec-ture-level cities from 2006 to 2018.The results show that:(1)Urban natural gas consumption level in-creases first and then decreases in time, showing the spatial distribution characteristics of "cluster distri-bution" and "hot in the east and cold in the west".(2)Energy intensity, pipeline networked density, gas storage capacity, gas investment and per capita GDP are the leading driving factors of urban natural gas consumption differentiation from a global perspec-tive;(3)At thelocal scale, the dominant driving fac-tor ofthe eastern region is gas investment; in the cen-tral region, the dominant driving factors are energy intensity, pipe network density and temperature; en-ergy intensity is the key factor in the western region. It is obvious that different regions need to make stra-tegic plans based on regional realities to promote the coordinated development of urban natural gas con-sumption.
