摘要

Taking bituminous coal with medium sulfur content as experimental coal sample,the effect of desulfurization,calorific value and volatile matter were studied.Pyrolysis of coal samples was conducted in a high temperature furnace with different pyrolysis time,different temperature and different mass.The effects of pyrolysis conditions on desulfurization efficiency,semicoke volatilization and calorific value were investigated.The results showed that:(l) Pyrolysis had the effect of desulfurization,which was affected by pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time and pyrolysis quality; (2) The desulfurization efficiency of coal pyrolysis reached 29.91 in 16 min,the desulfurization efficiency was good,and the calorific value of semicoke was 22.99kJ/g; (3) In the temperature range of 450°C to 650°C,the desulfurization efficiency had little change,at this time,semicoke had the effect of sulfur fixation; (4) The maximum specific surface area of semicoke was 102.78m2/g at 650°C and the reduction of C-S and S-O functional groups in the FTIR spectrum of semicoke result in desulfurization during pyrolysis.
