inda Weiland, PhD, has been working with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) since 1994, starting as an Adjunct, then a Campus Director, and in her current capacity as full-time faculty in the College of Aeronautics as the Program Coordinator in the bachelor of science degree in aeronautics (BSA). Her passions are in human factors in aviation and aeronautical industrial engineering. She works closely with the undergraduate, graduate, and the aviation English departments in courses for ATM and aviation maintenance management along with other areas. Moreover, she has worked with ERAU Massive Open Online Courses and the Office of Professional Education teams in aviation to include work in airport management, development, and sustainability. Additionally, Weiland works with South African schools in aviation programs.
