摘要

Improving the reliability of equipment in petrochemical industry is a key objective of the chemical and oil and gas machine building. The authors discuss an example of methodological justification of the ranking and selection of thermal spray coatings resistant to corrosion and mechanical wear, based on the conducted comprehensive studies. The use of high-tech structurally sensitive techniques of 3D-micro-analysis made it possible to improve the accuracy of defect level control with respect to thermal spray coatings responsible for service life and safe operation of the objects of petrochemical industry.
