摘要

Aiming at the problems of difficult wiring, high power consumption and large error in data transmission of traditional wired intelligent robot controller, a wireless intelligent robot controller based on embedded RF wireless transceiver chip is designed in this paper. The controller realises low power consumption, improves the flexibility of the equipment and reduces the bit error rate of data transmission. The controller uses STM32f51 series microprocessor as the central processor and NRF905 as the wireless transceiver module for data transmission. The experimental results show that in the range of 20 m, the bit error rate increases with the increase of distance, but it is not greater than 0.0001. The battery of intelligent robot controller can supply power continuously for 14 h under continuous operation In the dormant state, the battery can last for about 29 days. The test results meet the requirements of low power consumption.
