Oil prices held steady on Monday in choppy trading as fears that high inùation and energy costs could drag the global economy into recession were offset by China's continuation of its loose monetary policy. Brent crude futures closed down 1￠ at $91.62 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate onished down 15￠ at $85.46/bbl.
